The Auburn Public Schools Business Office is responsible for overseeing the budgeting, finances, facilities rental, onboarding new employees, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, student transportation, and food services. We proudly support the efforts of our school district as we educate and prepare our students for the opportunities and challenges of a changing world.
We are located at 5 West Street, Auburn in the Central Office building adjacent to the West Street Fire Station.
The Business Office works collaboratively with the Town of Auburn to ensure that all financial and personnel transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. As the Business Manager, I work closely with the Superintendent of Schools, Administrators, and the School Committee in maintaining appropriate financial information and safeguarding the funds provided to the school district by the citizens of Auburn. Financial statements are prepared, accounts are reconciled and reports are provided to the School Committee on a regular basis and are posted with the School Committee Packets.
